My mother used to make beautiful baby books for me, filled with little stories and photos, and I always dreamed of making one for my child. But as my baby turned six months, I realized time was slipping away. Every moment was so precious, yet memories were fading, lost in a sea of photos on my phone.

I didn't want to hand my child a cloud drive. I wanted something real, pages we could flip through, stories we could relive together. That's why I created Remember When - to make it easy for busy parents like me to capture memories before they're gone.

Your questions, answered

  • Will I get a digital copy?

    Yes! You'll receive a digital copy when you place a printing order.

  • What if I need extra pages?

    No worries! After purchasing a plan, you can add extra pages during the printing checkout.

  • How much do extra pages cost?

    For an 8x8 book, additional pages cost ?35 per page. For an 11x11 book, additional pages cost ?70 per page.

  • How many pages can a book have?

    A book can have a minimum of 20 pages and a maximum of 150 pages.- If you need more pages we can split into volumes like volume 1, volume 2.

  • Can I sign up during pregnancy?

    Yes! We also record your pregnancy journey. Once your baby arrives, the questions will automatically adjust to capture every milestone.

  • Is my data safe and secure with RW?

    We operate on a secure server where all data is encrypted. Only essential team members and authorized service providers involved in preparing your book have access, all thoroughly vetted with background checks. Your data is only accessed for printing purposes. You can permanently delete all your data by deleting your account.

  • How does the video feature work, and how can I access it?

    Once you subscribe to RW, you can upload videos to your baby book via the website. A unique QR code will be generated and placed alongside your photos- just scan it anytime to relive those moments forever.

  • How do I upload a video?

    Log in to your profile on the website, go to your timeline, and tap the “+” button in the bottom menu. You can upload and trim your videos there.

  • How can I get more video storage for FREE?

    Take a screenshot of your profile with your latest memory, share it on Instagram, tag @rememberwhen_memorybook, and use #BabyBookGoals!
    200MB extra storage will be added within 24 hours. (You can avail this feature only once)
